Practice three mindfulness techniques a day, for five days. (it does not have to be consecutive days). You can use any of the techniques suggested in the articles, or other sources you may have. It only has to be for a few minutes each time.
Keep a record of the date, time, and which technique used. Also, write a brief statement each day about your observations from the mindfulness experiences that day.
